PCB council forgoes Rs1 million fine, keeps up 5-year restriction on Khalid Lateef

The Appellate Tribunal of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday postponed a Rs1 million fine forced before on disrespected cricketer Khalid Lateef for his contribution in spot-settling, however maintained the five-year boycott gave to him.
