국회입법조사처, "발달장애인 24시간 돌봄 지원 체계 구축해야"

국회입법조사처는 24일 발달장애인 지원 정책과 개선방향을 다룬 '이슈와 논점' 보고서를 발간했다.
발달장애인(지적·자폐성장애인 등)에 대한 가족의 과중한 돌봄 부담과 생활고 등으로 인해 부모들이 발달장애 자녀를 살해하고 극단적 선택을 시도하는 비극적인 사건들이 2년 동안 20여 건이 발생했다.
