If your mind is not in present ,wanders in the past then you are in depression.so first try your mind to focus on present moment,god is present inside you because proof is your breathing and when your breathing stop ,you are like a mud,so you are not body or mind, if you want to attach yourself to your god please follow the teaching of prem rawat ji,he is international peace ambassador and help many people to live happily. thank you
