Life is all about living between Excitement and Fear.

What is LIFE ?

Just try to find the answer and you will end up with hundreds of experiences and definitions. Let us try together to find out actual meaning of this beautiful word LIFE !

We can easily divide life into emotional states we find ourselves in during our lifetime. So here are five major states :

1. Excited
2. Happy
3. Normal
4. Sad
5. Unknown Fear

So, all above mentioned states are pretty understood but last one Unknown fear may need some more clarification.
Unknown fear is something we are afraid of without experiencing it in this lifetime for example if we had an car accident we may have fear of accident that is known fear but what if we never had an accident but still we always have that fear of accident, that is unknown fear.

Our life starts from where it ends in previous birth emotionally. The unknown fear comes from previous life experience and eventually we are always striving to reach Excitement state.

After we get to excitement state we feel content and complete that is the time we need to surrender ourselves to Death !

We have heard so many times by successful people that to become successful you have to overcome your fears. In the context of Life we have to untie the knots from previous life (Fears) to become Happy , content and successful. Life is a journey from overcoming fears to become excited.

Life purpose :

People spend all of their lives wanting to know their life purpose. It is not difficult at all as you all might be thinking.Let me explain, we only get excited with the things we want to have in this lifetime and this simply means we are born in this life to reach this experience of excitement.

Final word :

99% people are not happy with their lives and many are under depression. We all want to have happiness and peace of mind. The simple and most powerful remedy is overcome your unknown fear face them they are not scary as it looks.
