Peculium - the designation in Roman private law of detached property, which the head of the family (pater familias) could transfer to a person for the use and receipt of income and thus limiting the liability for obligations by the size of peculium.
Aieve (AVE) - a Latin phrase that the Romans used as a greeting. In Latin it means "hello". The phrase is an imperative form from the verb avere (translated as "hello").
