pencak silat merupakan budaya asli indonesia yang memiliki mamfaat luar biasa.

  1. sebagai olah raga
  2. pernafasan ( untuk menjaga keseimbangan tubuh, kesehatan dan pengobatan)
  3. sebagai prestasi dari segala jenis even kejuaraan
    berikut sekilas gambar olimpiade pencak silat even kejuaraan pra pora..
    maaf agak sulit mencari gambar yang tepat.

    Iya benar sekali seperti kata @azis

    diantaranya sebagai olah raga pernafasan ( untuk menjaga keseimbangan tubuh, kesehatan dan pengobatan) sebagai prestasi dari segala jenis even kejuaraan berikut sekilas gambar olimpiade pencak silat even kejuaraan pra pora.. maaf agak sulit mencari gambar yang tepat

    Kita juga harus melestarikan budaya bangsa agar jangan hanya dijadikan sebagai catatan dimuseum namun harus dilestarikan dengan mempelajari budaya kita sendiri , seperti pencak silat ini, selain menyehatkan banyak mengandung nilai cerita dan hikmah yang dapat kita ambil dari
