So often people fall into depression not knowing what to do, to crawl out of this black hole from which there happens to be no way out.
To all my steemers depression is a mental prison for which you and only you hold the key.stop overthinking future is uncertain,for I would never have thought I would be where I am 5 years back so why stay in our head thinking about the things that is almost definitely not gonna happen...we got one life ...just one.. so why not live everyday like it's the last, be in the moment ,enjoy the present and stop worrying about what people would think... because trust me every one of us ...is a tangled mess as you.
