Most teens agree that they will follow the choice of a peer as opposed to their parents or power. Peers are more persuasive in an adolescent's life and will have more power than parents in general. Peer pressure is constantly present and will likewise be present continuously. This is nothing more than a disease or a mistake, it is just an effect; either negative or positive.
Negative peer pressure is an effect on someone to achieve something the wrong way.
This could be taking drugs or other things. If someone encourages you to achieve something like this, it will be seen as negative peer pressure.
