Awww.... What a cutie pie! I love dogs. But I know what you mean. It used to crack me up when my beloved German Shepard would want to run up to a stranger to say hell-o and they'd freeze in fear thinking it was Cujo trying to get near them.

    hahaha! that's weird why would German Shepard run after some stranger to say hello unless somebody bothers him. :P
