One highlight of my life was when i was in Nepal five years ago doing some hiking in the Himalayas mountains walking them uneven rocky trails was part of the fun but not a easy task and very challenging and tough but watching these people with these heavy loads on their back supported by a strong head band like around there forehead supporting all that weight was just amazing and they were climbing up these mountain trails in such precision one wrong move and i think the weight would of snapped there neck.

great shot and I remember seeing similar there and in India and Pakistan how they can manage such huge loads like that is amazing they must have such strong necks and backs

OHh yes me to, and I did have movers like this moving my stuff in and out of our place a few times I got tired just watching them LOL

It's a natural thing to them i suppose properly been doing it as kids well trained at it :)
