Illusion

You make my heart falter
And for me that matter
But you always make me wonder
If this is just a fanfare

I already know it from the start
That you are going to break my heart
If I could just go back from the start
I’ll make sure to skip that part

I saw a spark in your eyes
I saw a spark in your smile
There’s a spark in everything in you I see
But that spark is just a simple illusion in me.
