The right way to cook fish
Grilling
Thick and large pieces of fish are cooked faster than thin and small pieces.
Firstly, brush the pieces of Boneless fish with broth or marinated properly.
Now grill it in the grill pan.
Recipe: Eat the grilled fish as such, or stuff it in a bread piece and make hot sandwiches.
Poching
The Poch method is the best process with C Foods. Through this technique, the fish gives the best flavor by being fully mastered from inside.
Keep the fish in a large pan.
Now fill the water in the pan.
Put it on a low flame. Keep in mind, do not boil in water. Keep its temperature between 74-81 degree Celsius.
Recipe: Cook it with Orange Juice to penetrate the fish. This will bring Orange flavors to fish.
Baking
Bake it to make the fish crisp.
After finishing the fish, put them on a baking tray. Bake it for about 10 minutes at approximately 450 degrees Celsius.
Recipe: Bake some vegetables and serve them with fish.
Microwave
Microvechnics are very good after applying for fish cooking because the flavors stay intact.
While baking, bake some slices of lemon, tomato and orange on the fish. With this you can get flavors of everything.

Pan fried
Fry the pan for the Indian frying pan
Marinate the pieces of fish for 1-2 hours with lemon juice, red chili powder, garlic-ginger paste and salt.
Coagulate the pisses well with any of the semolina / rice flour / grade crumbles. Fry it deep or shale.
Recipe: Serve pan with fried fish with lentils / rice, bread or steam rice.
