Today was a huge breakthrough night for me. I have always wanted to write generative code, and I was able to after watching 6-7 videos from the co-founder of Processing (Daniel Shiffman).

At a certain point, I was thinking about how the Perlin Noise algorithm was being applied. There was only a slight amount of visible evidence that the algorithm was present, but it dictated the force that would be applied to hundreds of particles like a magical wind that never repeated.

Certainly what I've learned tonight is that it is important to be persistant. Learning this algorithm opened up a lot of ideas for me and helped me understand generative coding a little more.
