Citrus planted

Thanks to a couple of wonderful local gentlemen for getting these trees planted about a week ago. Shown here are a Ponderosa Lemon, an Arizona Sweet Orange and a sour orange for juicing and cooking with. These trees are part of the beginnings of a food forest that will feed us and our children for as long as they tend it. As you can see from the grass areaas our permaculture design has a long way to go; but we get closer every year. We are working hard to go beyond permaculture and incorporate regenerative agriculture practices into our garden, our yard, even our lives.
