Persian musician who lives in Canada. Born in Tehran, in childhood she lived in the India where she met with santoor (an ethic music instrument). In 1985 she went to USA with her family. Her santoor master Manoochehr Sadeghi had realised her voice and singing talent. She founded the "Vas" in 1996 with Greg Ellis. First solo album Portals of Grace released in 2002.
