3 WAYS TO RECOGNIZE AND USE YOUR VIBRATIONAL WAVELENGTH TO ATTAIN YOUR DESIRES

1. Be Aware Of The Swell. The crest of the wavelength is when it's easy to think of what you want and easy to come up with ideas and take action.

MILK THIS TIME FOR ALL IT'S WORTH, IT'S PRICELESS.

Do as much as you have the energy to do. Maybe you're there right now: take notice of your actions and moods- do you feel more cheerful and efficient?

Have you recently made progress with something you were struggling with?

Is the desire and confidence to change something in your life more intense than usual?

If so, you are at the top of the swell.

2. Be Aware Of The Dip. Seth Godin describes The Dip as the where you are working towards your ultimate goal with seemingly little results and you decide whether to continue or quit.

The euphoria of the swell surprisingly CAUSES this dip but the next swell is caused by your behavior within the trough.

Your mind seems to be lacking creativity at this time but this is where you should be writing out your goals everyday, doing affirmations, taking consistent action and coming up with ideas in order to engineer your next swell.

This is where the results from your swell are used: you can manufacture your next swell based on your personal experience and recognize how things can change.

Be careful not to succumb to the plummeting characteristic of the dip and instead have faith that it will inevitably curve skyward once again.

Your affirmations and action plans (and ACTIONS of course) are the rocket fuel that minimize the time (or sometimes even pain) spent here and propel you toward a higher, broader crest of satisfaction with life.

3. Be Aware Of Plateaus. Dips and swells are both necessary. Plateaus happen when the benefits of each stage of the wave are either not properly utilized or when there is an excessively rigid routine and lack of mental and emotional flexibility.

A plateau is more of an expectation of life being a fixed pattern rather than an actual fixed state.

This is the time to look within and determine if you are truly fulfilled or in need of fulfillment because a plateau could mean you are at the very top of the crest or in the middle of the dip.

To use your personal waves in life, all you have to do is recognize where you are.

One great way to see where you are is to journal for 30 days so you can see which direction you are heading as you read through your entries.
