I found,  when i say  "NO"  in  open relaxed manner, my self-esteem  grow and  i  feel about myself much more better than say "YES"  in situation  where   i felt better say   "NO"

 Every one from us have situation,  when we said  "YES"   but inside felt  its wrong   and  should  said  "NO" 

So the point is,  if you cant  say  "NO"  your  "YES"  cost nothing.
