ARE YOU HITTING THOSE TARGETS. ARE THEY CHALLENGING ENOUGH ?

Whereas we all celebrate hitting our targets,this should never result in our becoming complacent.

Targets are set to spur us into action. They motivate us to outdo ourselves as we seek to prove our competence at work.

Most of us feel very low whenever we fall short of hitting our targets. It is an indictment on our performance. What makes matters worse is the scolding we get from bosses for not performing as expected.

No wonder then that whoever hits his/her targets will feel and behave as though he/she is on top of the world.
Those accolades are held dearly by top performers.

Never go to slumber simply because you hit your previous targets.

KEEP AIMING HIGHER.
Sometimes hitting your targets might be an indication that you set them very low.

TARGETS THAT ARE NOT CHALLENGING TO HIT DO NOT GET THE BEST OUT OF YOU OR YOUR EMPLOYEES.

IF THE TARGETS DO NOT STIMULATE YOUR ADRENALINE, YOU ARE PLAYING SAFE AND EASY.

Worthwhile targets must keep you engaged and thinking of ways to hit them. They must get you out of your comfort zone.

DON'T LOSE MONEY BY UNDERESTIMATING YOURSELF AND YOUR EMPLOYEES.

WE MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS WE PURSUE.

Don't be like some people who will close shop or stop working as soon as they get a certain amount of money.

AS LONG AS THERE IS MONEY TO MAKE, GO ON AND MAKE IT.

DON'T STOP WORKING SIMPLY BECAUSE IT'S TIME UP. STOP WHEN THERE IS NO ONE IN LINE TO BE SERVED.

KEEP INCREASING THOSE TARGETS.
