Health habits for Personal growth
Often times we find it difficult to carry on with our daily activities, jobs or whatever task we might be doing probably because of one reason or the other; but like Marcus Aurelius says "It is all within yourself, in yourself,in your way of thinking". So, get it right by:

(1) Think positively:- Our actions are a direct result of our thoughts, because every action starts from the heart. So you will have to always renew your mind with positive thinking.

(2) Build your confidence through competence:- Competence is the ability to manage something. When you feel capable of doing something, your confidence increases; because your confidence is largely dependent on your past experiences.

(3) Curiosity:- This is the desire to know more. Do you know that 'greed' can be a positive reinforcement when channeled in this path? Train your mind to want to know more about your job or whatever that is of interest to you. Your desire to know more about what you are currently doing could lead you to be phenomenal at it. Extraordinary is just EXTRA effort to ordinary things. THINK ABOUT IT

(4) Build your inner man by building positive energy and frequencies through the study of the Word of God and/or any spiritual book(s) you are subscribed to.
