The growth of the arranged style of behaviors and attitudes that makes you unique is defined as personality development. The constant interaction of the environment, character and temperament will help to create the best scenario for personality development. A person is unique because of their personality. The personality of an individual is usually noticed immediately after birth.

The personality of a kid comes with the character, environment and temperament. A child’s approach to the world is determined through the temperament. The temperament will also help the kid to understand how the world operates. The personality of a person has no gene traits. The truth is that the behavior of the person may be controlled by genes found in the nervous system of the individual. Personality development is influenced by five stages in a person’s life.

The first two years of a person’s life at infancy will mark the emergence of their character makeup. At infancy, a child will learn more about basic mistrust or trust. At this stage, the child will also learn a basic optimism, security and trust when well-handled. If the child is poorly handled, they will grow up to know basic mistrust, insecurity and bad manners.

The second stage is called the toddlerhood. Between eighteen months and two years, the second stage will begin to emanate in the life of a child. This stage will help the child to learn shame or autonomy. The child will be able to control the challenges and become confident when well-nurtured. Depending on the kid’s temperament, the second stage can also unleash behaviors such as negativism, stubbornness, stormy tantrums and just to mention a few.

At the third stage which is often called preschool, the child will be found in the playing age environment. This will always occur between the ages of three and formal schooling. The third stage will help a child to learn guilt or initiative. Through active fantasy and play, the kid will be able to broaden skills and learn how to use imagination. The child will learn how to follow, lead and corporate with other children. There is every possibility for the child to harbor guilty feelings, unable to join groups and become fearful if not properly handled.

The fourth stage reveals the school age. Inferiority or learning industry is something that occurs in the life of a growing preschooler. This period ranges from preschool until the child graduates from high school. The kid at this point goes on to learn one or more formal skills such as basic intellectual behavior, teamwork, peers and just to mention a few.

The final stage is called adolescent period. Identity diffusion or learning identity is common to the fifth stage of personality development. This period may occur between ages thirteen and fourteen. At this juncture, maturity will begin to surface. As opposed to experiments and self-doubts, the young growing person will learn self-certainty. This will emerge with a plethora of roles as opposed to delinquency or a negative identity.
