Hi Friends, I hope you pick your personality from the 4 colors below.

1- YELLOW: They are nurturers (Ex: nurses, teachers etc.) they don't have time for themselves because they are always helping others. To work with a yellow person, you need to become yellow too. Don't be pushy or hyper with them, and don't talk about $. Talk to "yellows" about family and friends.

2- BLUE: They are fun people. They are in sale business, and are very creative. They jump from one deal to another just for fun and get the whole picture fast without details. To work with a blue person, you have to be excited and fun. Talk to blues about doing fun and excited things.

3- RED: They are money-motivated people. Talk to them about money. They are money focused. For them, is about selling all the time and produce results. They are CEO and type of "job done" people. Everyone wants a red person in his or her team. Very efficient and producers, but they are not very coach-able because they have a super ego.

4- GREEN: They are very analytical. They want all the details of the business and so on. They research every website, plan, seminars etc. Don't try to sell to them because is not going to work. They sell themselves. Give all the information and details they need. You need to give time to them, at least 1 or 2 weeks to decide for themselves.
