Everyone with a background in the human sciences knows that each of us is unique in many ways. It has been scientifically demonstrated that each of us has distinctive finger prints, DNA, hair, looks, behaviour, and facial expressions, and that the combination of these factors gives each of us a distinct "personality type."

We must comprehend how each of us works because we operate from two distinct perspectives. We all like to believe that we are unique (which we are), and in that representation system, we primarily present ourselves as we would like others to see us. The reality of our inner thoughts and feelings, on the other hand, is what we actually believe about ourselves. Many of us lose faith in our true inner vision just because we don't know what our life's purpose is.

By allowing this unhappiness to sneak into our lives, we breed inner uncertainty, which leads us to start acting and looking completely different from who we really are. This behaviour is absolutely out of character for who we are. We do this in an effort to change how we appear, act, think, and dress because we are unhappy with who we really are.

Because of this, society gives us a "personality type" that will definitely affect how successful we are in life.

Due to the societal pressures put on us by those who want to control our lives, society has led us to feel that we must comply with a standard of behaviour, which then categorises us into numerous but distinct personality types.

In the present era, young boys and girls are given labels, such as Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), which are used to manipulate their personalities from an early age (ADHD). This quickly generates a personality classification that, as many scholars have shown through their studies, is erroneous and wholly unrepresentative of reality.

Our individual differences, including our preferences for certain things and our views on what is morally acceptable or wrong, as well as the wide range of skills we each possess, make us each distinct. If we were in school and disinterested in the material being taught, our attention span would be relatively short and concentration on the subject would be next to impossible.

It simply implies that we have no interest in the topic and, as a result, have nothing to encourage us to pay attention. This does not imply that there is something wrong with us as distinct individuals. Then, in an effort to amuse or occupy ourselves, we begin to spend that time on other activities, which, more often than not, divert the attention of people who are also interested in the topic.

This conduct is subsequently perceived as a type of mental condition, such as ADHD, even though this interpretation is wholly wrong. Such conduct must be regarded as disruptive and makes a teacher's job challenging.

The creation of labels like being stupid, disobedient, impossible, lazy, etc. does not, however, make our personality type a mental disorder of any kind. Instead, these labels were given by a third party perception that had no real understanding of what our true motivating fields of interest were at the outset.

These labels cause a lot of inner uneasiness because they lead us to assume that there is something fundamentally wrong with us. This makes us feel different from other people and causes our behaviour to be unacceptable and incorrect.

We start to look at others, who may have various areas of talent, and develop a desire to be like them because our self-perceptions have been shifted in a way that makes us want to be recognised for who we truly are. These people are enviously regarded as "stars" and heroes. This causes us to try to behave and seem like them, which is entirely at odds with our own personalities.

We become or enter a state of dysfunctionality when we try to change our inner qualities. This lowers our self-esteem as we try to be like people we see as stars or personality types.

We will never be able to do that successfully unless we have the traits or skills that are similar to those stars. As a result, we develop escape mechanisms like smoking, drinking, or using drugs, which only seem to help us temporarily escape from reality before forcing us to face it again after a short period of time. This makes it harder and harder to deal with someone who acts out in a behaviour or personality.

Each of us must recognise our genuine inner skills in order to focus on those qualities rather than fall into the trap of being categorised as a particular personality type.

Due to the social pressures brought on by media such as movies, television, and other forms of social media, which have generated ideals of who we should be and how we should behave in public, many millions of people worldwide struggle with their self-image and self-esteem.

Who sets the parameters for a personality type and who judges that personality type, and using what standards? That is indeed the biggest question that has gone unsolved for decades.

If you have been given a personality type but don't meet the requirements, no matter what they are, it will definitely hurt your chances of being successful in life.

Follow your interests and goals if you want to live a full life. Don't let anyone convince you that you have to agree with other people's thoughts and beliefs to fit a certain personality type.
