What type of personalities do you possess?

I used to attend training, workshops, and seminars and I always tend to meet a different kind of people. Some of them are shy and simple, others are quiet and serious, while most of them are just funny and noisy people.

Have you ever wondered why there are people who're for you are hard to deal with? Their likes are different from yours. They love numbers while you hate it most, they love listening to loud music while you want quiet surroundings, they love speaking in front of a big crowd while you just want to be part of the audience, they love taking the lead while you just want to be one of the followers and many more.

It is because of peoples different Personality types. Yes, there are actually 4 Basic Personality types and we normally use our dominant personality type and the secondary one. We also dabble in each of the 4 from time to time, but you should actually recognize yourself quickly and then begin to recognize others too.

1.) The Controller type - Controllers are natural leaders, managers, and organizers. They love to be in charge and they delegate well. They love competitions, challenge, and money. They always want to be in control of everything and they speak with authority.

2.) The Analyst type - Analysts are more into facts, figures, graphs, and charts. They take a lot of time to analyze things before making decisions. They tend to do research and prefer quiet places. They don`t like loud music and noisy surroundings.

3.) The Promoter type - Promoters are the happy type of persons. They are creative, fun, achiever, excited, energetic and people magnet. They love colorful things such as clothes and views. They usually read only the subject line of an email, story or proposals but lazy reading the whole body of the message. They are good at sales and doing multi-tasking.

4.) The Supporter type - Supporters are a caregiver, silent and a good follower. They love to help people and prefer to be behind the scene and work hard for others. They tend to wait for instructions first before doing something.
