Free Conversational English and Tutoring by Project Andina

One of Project Andina's Special Projects in Peru is offering FREE Conversational English, both for business and social, and free tutoring for students already enrolled in English schools. It's free for all Peruvians, so no matter their economic situation, all one needs is a desire to learn. Even those in the provinces can participate via a Skype connection (once I get Internet installed).  Right now, I'm working with a faint wifi signal coming from a nearby restaurant and a small tablet. Since I'm only here on a passport, I can't get Internet installed (Graphics above taken from Google images)
