Ein verstörendes Enthüllungsvideo von PETA Asia über die australische Wollindustrie zeigt, dass Scherer noch immer Schafe während der Schur schlagen, sich auf sie stellen, sie treten, verstümmeln und umherwerfen. Schon 2014 hatte eine bahnbrechende Enthüllung zum ersten Mal zur Verurteilung australischer Scherer wegen Tierquälerei geführt.
