Sunday and monday, I took the opportunity to go to the vancouvers international metals writers conference. A few people who I always love to listen to were there such as:

and frank holmes

When Frank Holmes and Rick Rule were asked what is their biggest holding, they both said Ivanhoe mines.

Brent cook also attended and a few picks he mentioned was riverside resources and Eurasian minerals.

Nick Hodge attended and he mentioned skyharbour resources and so did Gianni Kovacevic. Marin katusa holds 15% of this company, and this will most likely be my next purchase, but this one is one you can be patient with. Uranium isn't going anywhere for at least 6 months to a year, perhaps 3 on the longer end.

One stock of 3 mentioned by greg mccoach was goldmining, which I am a shareholder of. The CEO was mentioned multiple times was Admir Adnini

Goviex also intrigued me as a good uranium play, I will be looking more into this stock. The have lots of resources in the ground, two permitted mines, they are trading at really cheap per pound of uranium in the ground compared to its peers, and cameco along with denison mines are invested. The only thing I don't like is its in africa, which marin katusa says to stay away from. When he talks, i listen.

Brent cooks biggest personal holding is Mirasol resources.

There is a big of the knowledge I found out from attending this conference and I hope you enjoy.
