| Peel and dice carrot | ||||||||
Finely chop celery and parsley
Put carrot, celery and parsley to a food processor
Pulverize to finely ground and transfer to a large bowl
Add salmon, tuna and cheese, mash well
Add parsley, egg and bread crumbs, mix well to combine
Roll mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet
Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes
Cool completely before serving
