I wish I could say this story comes as a shocker, but over the course of my life I have realized how cruel some people can be.
Of course there are cases like this happening every day all over the world; maybe not as cruel as this one, but many of these stories aren't too far off from this one.
I understand that sometimes things happen in our lives that restrict us financially from supporting such beautiful creatures, so in those moments we unfortunately have to make a decision to give up our four legged friends.
Friends many of us take pride in considering as part of the family. Not animals but creatures who feel and have emotions. Not long ago I saw a video of an old Husky that was crying on top of his late owners grave. In my belief, there was no way to stage that, no way to fake that hurt in that poor dog that felt his owner was no longer coming back.
What strikes me with an awful blow to the heart is the fact that someone can be so demented to commit such an act with no remorse. Without looking back and thinking of another way to handle the situation.
It's inhumane, heartless, and crossing all borders of malevolent.
Birdie (pit bull) was malnourished and had sores all over her body that would bleed at the slightest touch of a hand; on top of that she has had pups which she had to feed from her body with nothing in her system to give. Nothing to carry her through the times of feed and nurturing.
Abandoned and left in a bird cage...
Could you walk away just as easily?
Even dogs have the right and they should also be respected. Sad 😔
