Interesting.. While I can only applaud any attempt to change the current scientific publishing situation, you remain very vague on the idea, your homepage looks professional, yet github only has old commits. So where are you planning to go with this?

No didn't do this. Will try to. But after posting this, i looked around bit more, and it does sound interesting. I'm a scientist and pretty much involved in the current publishing dilemma. For me, my initial thought was if this is a new attempt at predatory publishing. Am getting these science SPAM mails on a daily basis, you become very pessimistic towards publishers and scientific publishing quickly these days.
