이틀 만에 공원에 왔더니 꽁꽁 얼었던 작은 개천에
졸졸 물이 흘으고 있다. 봄이 왔다는 신호다.
걷 옷을 벗고 산책 하는 사람들도 많이 볼수 있다.
한바퀴 돌고 나니 등에 땀이 나기 시작 했다.
옷이 너무 두꺼웠나 보다.
그래도 기분은 상쾌 하다.
맑은 공기와 규칙적인 운동으로 정신과 육체에
활력을 주는것이 약 보다 좋다고 믿는다.
