Apostle Grace Lubega

Hebrews 7:25 (KJV), Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

There is wisdom by which every man must go to the presence of God.

Part of that wisdom is in understanding the pangs of the High Priest, our fore runner who went in before us (Hebrews 6:20). The Bible says that He ever lives to make intercession for us, and because He does so, He is able to save to the uttermost.

Think about this: when was the last time you prayed for the Church of Christ; when was the last time you saw by the Spirit that a minister would fall and you prayed to avert it; when was the last time you prayed for a struggling church member before you were ever asked to do so?

Is your prayer life only about yourself and what God can do for you? If it is so, do more than that. You are in Him; you too must constantly intercede for the lives of other people.

FURTHER STUDY: Romans 1:9, Colossians 4:3

GOLDEN NUGGET: He ever lives to make intercession for us. You are in Him, you too must constantly intercede for the lives of other people.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for your Word. I understand the pangs of the master, that true minister of the sanctuary. Because of the realm from which I pray, my heart is for the lives of men and it is in this understanding that I burn incense. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
