How are the words "your drug is not 'covered'" confusing to you? You seriously need further explanation? I'm, sorry but I literally do not know how to simplify the concept that your drugs are 'not covered.' I am speaking plain English, it is not my fault you are listening in dingbat.

If I say we have not received the prescription from your doctor yet it is because we have not received it. Do you honestly think I am playing hide and seek with it? Is it possible it is here, and I just have not located it? NO, I am the only one here today and I already checked the fax machine, phone messages, and computer. I do not care what the doctor said, IT AIN'T HERE!
Why in the world would you take your doctor's word about the price of your medication over mine? I work here, he does not!
What gives us the right not to fill Mr. Smith's Lasix? Because he is already on a loop diuretic. That is why we are calling. Surely the doctor does not want him on two loop diuretics.
