Thanks @leeart for reminding me about the source of emotion for this photo.

I imagined two lovers jumping off, one who connotatively feels like giving up, and one who thinks that there's not a droplet of hope that's left-- so they jumped off--- both gave up, ended up in the greatest tragedy of false assumptions.

Thats how I got the idea :D also because I was told by Manong that a couple died here because they were told not to come closer to the waves but they still did so. Eeh, tragic :(
