Bangon Marawi

After 5 months of struggle, the Philippine forces claimed back the land of Marawi City from the ISIS Militants.

The last time we were here, 29th of May, we were not allowed to enter the area as this field became marine camp. The entire campus was ghosted. Bombs, guns and fighter planes were the only noise.

Presently, my heart is filled with joy as peace over speed the people. No more chaos, and slowly healing is taking its toll. From marine camp back to soccer field. Totally, it’s lovely to see people everywhere! :) May peace never ends. :)
