Ang Crispy Pata ay isang sikat na pork dish sa Pilipino na gumagamit ng binti ng buong baboy. Ang paa (o pata) ay ginagawang malambot sa pamamagitan ng pag-papakulo sa tubig kasama ang iba pang mga pampalasa. Pagkatapos ay pinapahiran ito ng mga seasonings at piniprito ito hanggang sa maging napaka-crunchy. Ang ulam na ito ay maaaring kinakain bilang isang pangunahing ulam kasama ang adobo berdeng papaya (atchara) at isang paglubog sarsa na ginawa mula sa toyo, suka, kayumanggi asukal, at tinadtad mga sibuyas. Maaari din itong ihain bilang serbesa ng serbesa o "pulutan" - na kung saan ay kilala ang Crispy Pata. Yun lamang po at salamat.
I've always loved crispy pata, but when I tried Livestock's crispy pata, all others are now ruined for me. Their crispy pata is the best! Seriously. The skin is crispy, and the meat underneath is juicy and cooked just right. Try it!
