Hiking adventure is not yet finish. We're just half way to the summit. Mountaineers say's that Mt. Ulap is for beginners. However, if this is your first mountain to climb, you may find it difficult since from the first trail it is a non-stop ascend till the second camp site. There are 6 stop and the first one is tomtombek. A walk from the Barangay hall where you registered until the metal welcome sign.

The second stop will be Ambanaw Paway(Ambanao Paoay). But before you get there you need to walk through the rocky and slippery path so better be careful if you dont want your knee to be twisted.

Campsite 1
Ambanaw Paoy

Camping is allowed at the lower section of this stoping place. Also, along with this station, you can see a bit of San Roque Dam and Philex mines. For campers, the magical sunset and the golden sunrise are often sought here.
