Its officially summer..what to do?

It's officilly summer!!!

Its good for other reason but its not for me. My head is spinning with the pain due to migraine just like now...

But I cant do otherwise I am living in a tropical country with the hot summer sun its good to consider some tips.

Drink a lot of water of course a clean water...mineral water is good to drink...there are a lot of refilling station as of this days and it cost 25php for a 3 day consumption..it wont hurt that much rather than getting some impurities from a tap water.

A suitable summer outfit will also need to be consider. A jeans with a hanging blouse may do...a sleeveless for boys is best. We can also wear whatever we wish as long as we are comfortable with it. Wear something that can cover your body when you are out and expose yourself in the sun...like going for a walk or riding a bike. You can also use an umbrella or a hat when you are outdoor. The hot rays of the sun will likely cause a sickness to us.

Eating some nutritious fruits and with watery fruits like watermelon is good to our body to prevent heat stroke...it will replenish water into our body during warm season.

Consider a get together outing with families and friends to make your summer memorable...
