Hi guys. Good afternoon fellow steemians. Today, I'm gonna share to you this Filipino dish called pork dinuguan ( pork with blood in it). This dish is famous here and can be seen on celebrations like fiestas or thanks giving.
Dinuguan is mixture of pigs inner parts like intestine, liver and heart. They slice those parts into tiny pieces and cook it with pigs blood and some spices like salt, pepper, onion, garlic and chili. It is perfect for "pulotan"(the food that you eat when you drink alcoholic foods).
This food is kinda creepy for others but most Filipinos love it.
