HEY THERE FELLOW STEEMIAN

I recently had my car serviced since the aircon got busted for the first time in forever and lucky enough I got to see the local HERBIE. If you don't know who Herbie is, here's a little history.

Herbie is a Volkswagen Beetle car otherwise known as the "Love Bug" ❤️🐞
It was a famous movie in the 60s. It had the famous number 53, after the retired baseball star Don Drysdale of the Los Angeles Dodgers, it was actually just based on the liking of the director for the retired player.⚾️

Anyway, this Herbie isn't the original one. It was made by a fan who is clearly, still fascinated by Herbie. It was pretty cute and surprisingly it still works and is still under registration.👏🏻

When I spoke to the owner, also the owner of the car shop, she said that Herbie is very well maintained since they love the car so much and it gets a lot of attention when it passes. 👀

I love how well it is maintained and redesigned.
For an old car to look like this, I'd say, I trust the people who fixed my car. 👍🏻👍🏻
