Koi Fish and turtles finds their new home in Cebu IT Park

Walking home from the gym this morning, I saw Koi Fish and turtles being placed in the ponds/water feature in front of Chowabungga, 7Eleven and Bo's Coffee in preparation for the Sinulog celebrations.
