It's the last day of September 2017, and I think it is good to share photos of foods. The first photo shown is vegetable salad with mixture of fruits. It contains lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, cubed mangoes, oranges, sunflower brittle, and oriental dressing.
The second picture shows arroz ala cubana. My sister-in-law used to cook this dish being my brother's (her husband) favorite. They used to order that in Pancake House.
We used to grill bananas and put some muscovado sugar on top. It might not sound well, but it really taste good. You might want to try it too. Just put them in a grilling pan. After being grilled, then set aside and pour some muscovado sugar to taste.
