Im riding a jeepney earlier this morning on the way to work when the driver suddenly stopped beside the gasoline station. All the while im busy with my things when the passengers get down one by one.
Unexpectedly, there are Land Transportation Officers standing by the road checking of colorum jeepneys and motorcycles. Surely lots of workers and students are going to be late with their appointment. This is really the life of commuters.
