• Bayanihan is up! The Philippines' first Curating Account

We would like to thank these amazing people for helping us publish this amazing initiative. Without them, Philippine Community will never boom as it is happening today. They were also behind most of the monetary rewards of Filipino posts, as they offer their valuable Voting Influence just for our posts to receive some rewards. We love you!

• History of @bayanihan

Though it hasn't received its delegated Steem Power yet, its history is very rich. It actually started in this manner :

• Back then, us Philippine curators look for Filipino authored content's in the Steemit chain. Once we find it valuable, we post your blogs through our private channel phposts. Our curators will take a visit on that channel, curating all of the posts.
• As time goes by, as our goal to make it more convenient and easier - we then created an account @bayanihan, which is initial purpose is to resteem all Filipino authored post which the Ph curators find it valuable. With that, our curators will just visit to that account and will check on every posts resteemed then curate it.
• Up until the guidelines for the Bayanihan Curation Project has been completed and ready to be published, an official announcement was made yesterday. It marked the start of @bayanihan - a Filipino term which means "Helping together" without asking for return.

These people were behind the creation of the account. We envisioned Philippine community, using #philippines tag will be among one of the biggest communities here in Steemit. Also, we wanted to help our fellow Filipinos deserve some monetary rewards on their hard-earned posts.

As part of our vision, we are also encouraging our kababayans to post blogs with a variety of chosen language. We will not stick and dwell with English, as we have our very own Languages. We will continue to support you guys!

What to do to support?

First, support our curators who have done a great job in building the community better. As mentioned before, they were @donkeypong , @jrcornel, @hanshotfirst, @acidyo, and @surpassinggoogle. Part of giving back is engaging in their posts (upvote, comment, & resteem).

Second, support our Philippine curators who are doing much efforts in lifting up Philippine community to grow. We're so thankful enough for the growth. Participate on their contest, and engage on their posts (upvote, comment, &resteem).
