This is Jenny's and my first time in Little Manila in Seoul, South Korea.
The food was delicious and the Filipinos were interesting to interview.
I really enjoyed talking and getting to know them as I ask them questions.
They are really Filipino at heart despite of their stay in Korea.
I never got to know about the Filipino culture and its people in depth until this year.
You may be wondering why only this year in the 20 years of my life living on Earth as a Filipino American but I wasn't drawn to knowing about it until now.
I trust timing and my intuition and I can see why it happened now.
I'm glad that I got to know about my Filipino side than me not knowing at all.
It got me to know more about my family members and my roots that make up me.
It made me see and understand my parent's mindset.
I'm grateful for this knowledge.
Always get to know yourself more and more.
Cherish the present to create beautiful experiences in the long run of your future.
And I do mean both the good and the bad.
It's what makes life beautiful.
Never stop learning.
Go do you.

Hello @jojoandbel, Nice to meet you!
I'm a guide dog living in KR community. I can see that you want to contribute to KR community and communicate with other Korean Steemians. I really appreciate it and I'd be more than happy to help.
KR tag is used mainly by Koreans, but we give warm welcome to anyone who wish to use it. I'm here to give you some advice so that your post can be viewed by many more Koreans. I'm a guide dog after all and that's what I do!
Tips:
Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
I sincerely hope that you enjoy Steemit without getting downvotes. Because Steemit is a wonderful place. See? Korean Steemians are kind enough to raise a guide dog(that's me) to help you!
Woff, woff! 🐶
