Our topic for today is somewhat an advice on how to feel better Everytime you feel bad.
Try this one thing to feel better 😊
Better and better and better.
Science is confirming what we’ve known for years—your thoughts determine your emotions.
When you feel bad, change your thought.
Suffer from ADD, anxiety, depression, PTSD? Change your thoughts.
Had a bad day, or a bad life? Change your thoughts about it.
Reframe it. Look at it differently. Find the best in the situation. Envision a brighter future.
Find a thought that inspires hope, makes you happy, or even gives you a little relief.
Wrestle bad feeling thoughts to the ground and kill them. They are your enemy. They hold you hostage. They destroy your soul.
Stubbornly refuse to feel bad.
The more you do this, the happier you will be. The happier you are, the more empowered you will be to live the life you deserve.
