One of the most significant dates in the Philippine's History is Independece Day because it marks the nation's independence from Spanish rule June 12, 1898. The day of the proclamation of Independence. Every year, June the 12th is highly celebrated in the country as well as in other Filipino communities around the world. May we all take time to remember the patriotism and sacrices of our Filipino heroes, together with the all lives that had been shed to serve our fellow countrymen in which brought forth our inalienable right to freedom and independence.

Nice post. But i am always wondering where will be philippines nowdays without the spanish? I mean they make the roman catolic church in ph they start to make cities and after that ph was also occupied by US. Actually without the spanish american war ph never became independent. So dont misunderstand me i wish that ph will be independent but even nowdays ph is depend on the US and China. 😔 to be independent nowdays mean to have strong economy.
