Heading to Matabungkay is not that boring. Meddle of it, there is a bright sky waiting for you to stop for awhile to see him and be ready to start your wonderful vacation.
This area, named, Tagaytay is on hillside (actually this area is on the mountain) where the perfect place that you can take a break because it is almost half way going to Matabungkay. There are nice coffee shops, including Starbucks, and some of restaurants as well. I strongly suggest you to try "Lomi" for your lunch. Just trust me.
People are so hospitable. Ducks, I took a photo when I asked to use restroom on the way.
After maybe 4 hour, (we took longer than we expected because of our long lunch break) we were here. There are more local people than others. There are something on the water look like houses. People call it "Bal-sa" I have no idea but it seems so fun.
Let's try out. He let us on the "Bal-sa" and got us deeper water. I wanted to ask him so many questions like how much this "Bal-sa" is to make, or how long he has been doing this.. but he seemed wanting to be alone..
While you hang out on the "Bal-sa" you can also ask for riding Jet-ski. There is no big wave tho, but still, riding Jet-ski is always cool.
We decided to go farther with this boat and do fishing or snorkeling. This was the best decision we made there.
A file-fish. Very easy to catch. There are so many of it but it is not that good taste.
However, we hadn't known yet. People cook for you with shrimps and chickens.
And this one. San mig light. This is one of the reason why I can not easily leave this country. Drinking beers on the boat? You will never regret.
This may be the best shot I got there. When we came back from the fishing and snorkeling, The sun started sinking down slowly. Then we also started drinking for the beautiful sunset.
It is not so far. Easy to go. Not that expansive course to travel. It could be just one day trip as well. If you have a plan to visit Manila, you know where to go now.
