Hi steemians i just want to share my experience in Osmeña Peak in Cebu with my partner @cinderela. Osmeña Peak is the highest point in the island of Cebu, a province in the Philippines. Standing 1,013 meters above sea level, this stunning site offers a dramatic view of jagged cliffs with a view of the sea in the distance. fact, Mantalongon in Dalaguete is considered the “Little Baguio of Cebu” with its fertile land, cooler climate and vegetable fields. Along the way, we saw farmers carrying large baskets of freshly harvested vegetables. We were supposed to go to Dalaguete Beach Park after but I learned from one of the guides that we can go straight to Kawasan Falls from Osmeña Peak by riding a habal-habal or by foot. We chose the habal-habal option though it’s quite expensive to save time, and I don’t think I am physically fit to do the 6 hour trek.

How to get to Osmeña Peak from Cebu City ?
From Cebu South Bus Terminal, you ride a bus with a Liloan bound bus and you drop you in Dalaguete market. And you can see the habal-habal and Tell the driver that you are going to Osmeña Peak. Fare is Php150 per head a habal-habal can fit 2-3 passengers.

After in Osmeña Peak we go in Kawasan falls in badian Cebu. Kawasan Falls is one of the most famous waterfalls in the Philippines, especially in Cebu along with Tumalog Falls. Here awaits turquoise blue water where you can swim around and relax. For those who are more adventurous, one could also embark on a bamboo raft and go for a ride under the waterfall and at the same time receive a tremendous neck massage by the pouring water. Kawasan Falls is a must see attraction while you’re in town, it’s a three-layered waterfall system located at Barangay Matutinao. The water is fresh and crystal clear. At the highest accessible point of Kawasan Falls, the source can be found. It is called Kabukalan "The Source", the fresh water rushes from a small cave and pours over the stones. Climbing up to Kabukalan needs a bit extra energy because it’s quite far from the second level.
