After the BHERTs orientation, we had the Local Health Board meeting in the afternoon. Doc Q discussed information about COVID-19 then the conceptualization of the action plan followed.
Lots of inputs were shared especially by our brilliant MLGOO. I really look up to her. She's so smart, and she knows how to say things without offending anybody.
I'm grateful that our Incident Command System or IATF is mostly composed of people with great minds and compassionate hearts. Managing COVID was very challenging but because everyone was working together, we survived 2020.
