Why is it important to spend time with friends?

Spending time with friends and family makes a big difference when it comes to happiness. We are happy when we have a family. We are happy when we have friends. Spending time with your love ones goes a long way towards boosting happiness.

So while money can’t buy you happiness, spending time with the ones you love, is always a good investment! 😊

As we get older the time we once had for our friends seems to diminish. Finding in time for friends is sadly one of the first to go when life gets busy and before you knew it, you hardly know the person you used to call your best friends. And while this fact is tragic, it is also preventable. Meeting with friends and spending time with them is one of the few pleasures in life that can cost very little but will reward you substantially. Friends helps melts away the stress and leave you a better person around.

Today, me and @joangarcia16 together with our former office mates in Globe Telecom decided to catch up and have a dinner, most of us are already employed in a different company yet still remain good friends over time. We make sure to find time to hang around and catch up with each others life. While most of them just came out from work, i woke up early and meet them before my shift starts. I work in the night shift thus, the adjustment.☺

It was fun, and i really enjoyed their company. Never ending laughs and talking. lol. I missed them, i missed working with them. I suggest that no matter how busy your life gets at work, always find time to meet with friends. It is so darn worth your time! 😊
